BestFreeApps came about as my colleagues were always commenting that, given the number of free applications I tend to use on a daily basis, I should let the world know about the best ones.

The site mainly covers Windows applications. I’m primarily a developer of Windows based applications, so my day-to-day application use mostly involves Windows apps. However, I also use a lot of web applications on a daily basis and I’m also a recent Mac convert for my personal use, so I’ll be covering applications for those platforms too.
